One of our Pilates physiotherapists will begin by assessing your
personal needs. You can then choose to have private 1:1 instruction or
to join a class of no more than five participants.
Small group classes are held in the Practice gym and your
individualized programme will be carefully supervised by your Pilates
physiotherapist.
