I cannot recommend enough Macquarie St Physio for anyone suffering from vertigo. I was severely struck down by BPPV Vertigo and was lucky enough to be helped by Simon at Macquarie St.

The great experience started from my inbound call when the friendly receptionist Nicola squeezed me in with a same-day appointment after I explained how severely I was suffering from vertigo. Throughout my appointment with Simon, he was so diligent and caring. He assessed me thoroughly and provided great explanations throughout the whole process. This immediately instilled immense trust in him, which would be needed for the maneuvers he was required to perform to fix my vertigo.

As Simon performed the maneuvers he exhibited the same care and diligence. The results were immediate and I am so grateful to him for relieving my suffering.

I would recommend anyone suffering from vertigo see Simon.

Since coming to see Simon Reid some three years ago, I have had four sporting related injuries, all of which Simon has been able to fix and put me on a program to a full recovery. I chose Macquarie Physiotherapy, based on the positive on-line reviews of the staff, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism or the personable way in which I was treated. Every aspect of my experience, from booking the initial appointment through to having my issues with vertigo successfully treated by Lisa, exceeded my expectation. It's clear the staff love what they do and that they are very good at it - 10 out of 10 and highly recommended!

Simon is an excellent physio, who listened to my fitness goals and then set up the right treatment and exercises to get me there. I really found a lot of value in attending the small group pilates classes that MSP also run - where the exercises are tailored to specific needs.

I found my particular physiotherapist rude. I'm sure the physiotherapist didn't mean to come across like that but there was no rapport or attempt to build any. Also found it quite pricy. Wouldn't have mind paying so much (after they swiped my health insurance card) if I found it worthwhile.
