How to use a resistance band

Lisa Smith from Macquarie Street Physiotherapy, located in the Sydney City CBD demonstrates how to use a resistance band or loop to work your glutes. If you don’t have a loop you can tie your Theraband or straight exercise band into loop by adding a knot. Try these exercises along with Lisa at home.
