JUSTINE TRETHEWEY Manipulative Physiotherapist

Justine Trethewey Physiotherapist

Justine Trethewey completed her physiotherapy studies at La Trobe University in Melbourne in 1988. She enjoyed returning to complete a Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy – in particular revisiting the study of anatomy.

She worked as a physio at Whistler Mountain in Canada, then St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne before working in private practice in Sydney.

Justine has a particular interest in core stability and posture. This was reflected and compounded in her work conducting classes at Physiocise before joining Macquarie Street Physiotherapy. She loves treating backs and necks as well as sports injuries and rehabilitation. She runs 1:1 and group core stability and strength classes at Macquarie Street Physiotherapy.

She plays social and competitive squash, and has two sporty children, so spends most weekends applying ice to various team members!
